Maggie Cazal, Présidente-Fondatrice de l’ONG Urbanistes Sans Frontières (USF), a participé au Forum Urbain Mondial FUM9 (WUF9) «Villes 2030, Villes pour tous : mettre en oeuvre le Nouvel Agenda Urbain» du 7 au 13 février 2018 à Kuala Lumpur, Malaisie. AU FUM9, la délégation française a été composée de près de 60 représentants de l’État,
